Tim Petree is the owner of Keyhole Construction and is a General Contractor with an unlimited NC building license. He and his wife Elisa have been in the construction business for over 15 years focusing mainly on historic restoration and have recently expanded into new construction, remodeling and property development. They have completed projects in the Hendersonville and West Asheville areas as well as in the Montford Historic District in downtown Asheville. It was in Montford where he was the winner of the prestigious Griffin Award for Historic Renovation awarded by the Asheville Historic Society. Tim and Elisa bring their passion for the unique details and craftsmanship found in historic homes to their building practices today. Keyhole Construction has cultivated a strong network of loyal and dedicated subcontractors and materials suppliers who are exceptional in their fields.
