Tim Petree is the owner and manager of Keyhole Construction. He has a BA in Business from Harding University in Searcy, AR and a MS in Ministry from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. His early professional background in both management and teaching gave him outstanding communication skills that are essential to successful relationships with clients as well as vendors, subcontractors and employees.

Elisa Petree is the office support and creative design consultant for Keyhole Construction. She has a BA in Art from Pepperdine University in Malibu, CA. Her natural artistic ability and training have been valuable in the creative process and design details encountered in every building project. She works with Tim in all aspects of the business but especially in the design support for clients. Elisa also contracts separately for clients who desire murals or decorative painting in their new or existing home.

Tim and Elisa married in 1990 and have lived in the Asheville, NC area since relocating from Los Angeles, CA in 1992. They lived in the Montford Historic District for 11 years where they cultivated their passion (some might say obsession) for historic restoration and currently reside in Arden with their three children Alexandra, Brady and Luke.
